SPECIAL REPORT : Site Data Checklists

This presents checklists of the information which the webmaster needs to make a team site which is complete and up to date.

There are two checklists of information to make the site complete:

The checklists are organized by page: anything needed for a team site’s page is listed together.

Note : information needed for the site which the webmaster finds on his own isn’t listed here.

 

Making the Site Complete: Required Information

Confidential	Season start	Phone numbers and email addresses of coaches and other staff. [Unlike the numbers on the Contacts page, these numbers are accessible only to the team, so more numbers may be listed here than are listed on the Contacts page.]

Games	Season start	List of teams playing regular games
	Season start	Estimated number of regular games
	Season start	Estimated number of all games: regular, exhibition, tournament, and playoff
Tournaments	ASAP	List of tournaments, including their websites where possible. [The webmaster will create a tournament page for each tournament, and check their websites periodically to check for changes.]
