A Message for Sponsors
Dear Team Sponsors:
We are seeking sponsors for our team.
The Georgetown Eagles 95 Minor Bantam baseball team is a 100% self-funded non-profit youth group. The team plays at the AAA level in the Central Ontario Baseball Association (COBA), participating in tournaments throughout Ontario and into the USA. The team consists of volunteer coaches and 14 year old boys. We are part of the Georgetown Baseball Association, which geographically covers Georgetown and surrounding areas of Halton Hills.
The team is responsible for its own fundraising each year to meet its operating costs. All money raised is used solely for the team. Costs include equipment, uniforms, umpire fees, tournaments, affiliation fees, and administrative costs. Our operating costs are approximately $10,000.
For a sponsorship of $500 or greater you will receive your company’s name on a banner which is displayed at every game and tournament throughout the season; your name will be put on our team website, with a link to your company’s website; and you will receive a sponsorship plaque which you can display in your office to show your support for minor sports in your community.
