Newmarket Tournament

We won 2^nd place in an Aug 4-6 tournament hosted by NBA, the Newmarket Baseball Association, winning all but our last game.

The teams playing in this tournament were:

• Division A: Newmarket Hawks, St. Thomas Cardinals, Scarborough Stingers, Toronto Greenwood
• Division B: Ajax Spartans, Mississauga Majors, Waterloo Tigers, Windsor Expos
• Division C: Georgetown Eagles, North York Blues, Oakville A’s, Riverside Royals

Game Results 

The results of our games were:

• Game 1: we beat the Expos 9-8
• Game 2: we beat the Tigers 15-9 after a 10-run rally in the last inning
• Game 3: we tied the Spartans 5-5
• Game 4: we beat the Hawks 8-7
• Game 5: we beat the Expos 10-4
• Game 6: we lost to the Stingers 1-15
