- White Division : Blue 9’ers, Brampton Royals, Central Ohio Sharks, Greenville Technology, Kingsville Renegades Post 743, Pine Richland Rams, Weirton (WV) Legion.
- Blue Division : Eastern Shore Hurricanes, Jefferson Post 153, Moundsville (WV) Post 3, New Hampshire Storm, Newmarket Hawks, Ontario Prospects, Washington Twp (NJ) Legion.
